Well. Today. Huh. Yeah.
This morning there was a mass exodus from my bowels! It was like a panic at Union Station or something, holy shit (literally!). Started out hard as a rock, then got softer and by trip #3 to the kybo I had the runs. Dude, wtf?
Last night I ate ribs again. I KNOW WHAT I SAID, SHUT UP! I had to. Had to. They were delicious and the only thing out and cooked for dinner, so yes. I ate 'em. And now I have the runs! Shocker!
I'm getting prepped to follow the baby steps or restoring digestive function suggested in Root Cause, and I'm making sure all my little duckies are in a row. I don't want to start half-assed (I prefer to be fully-assed, thank you very much) and I don't want to be confused at all. It's pretty confusing, and there are lots of detailed protocols to adhere to, so I need to be ready. This is so not like me, it isn't even funny! But I want it to work so I'm fighting my nature, good times.
Today is the day (well, evening is more like it) when I need to create my timeline. This will be time consuming, I'm sure. I'll post it here when it's done.
