Paleo AIP Day #15 - Egg White Introduction

Monday July 20th, 2015

I think it's safe to day that hubby had a good birthday weekend. First, kayaking, which quickly became the newest passion in the house. We also got the downstairs room ready to sleep in (cleaned, air mattress set up, extraneous crap removed), capping the evening off with the fabulous lamb shank dinner. Yesterday was gifts first thing (he loves the Fitbit, the Dodgers cap needs to be exchanged, no likey the wide brimmed-ness of it, which I knew he wouldn't), followed by errands, followed by kayak madness. At the end of the day we each had our own kayak, we had installed a roof rack to carry them and brought both of them home without incident. THEN we went to dinner at this new-ish fine dining establishment that was incredibly good. We were both blown away. The night was capped off by spending the first night in the basement master, so much cooler than the upstairs master, albeit much smaller, but with a kick ass bathroom attached. Good times, good times.

Exercise: Pfffft, nada in the morning, got out for nearly 3 miles of interval training at lunch.
