I must have been having a rough day yesterday, cuz damn. I read what I wrote and, damn. Let's just say that being even slightly constipated is not my friend! I got all cleared out and even though I know that I was eating too many Dang's, I'm done with it and no need to dwell. No more overeating, ever!
So here's the day I've been waiting for... the Before and After photos! I'm no photographer but I think the difference is significant and visible; I hope you agree.
Now here's one from last weekend, at my current weight of 146.6, in clothes that fit better (although those shorts are a tad baggy now)...
SO! Yesterday I left something hanging out there that I didn't look up before I said it, so now I want to make better.
Poop. I was wrong about what the little hard guys mean, and I wanted to correct myself. The little hard guys do not mean that I need more fat, they mean that I need more fiber! Take a look for yourself: What Your Poop Says About You. Sorry about that, truly. I was in a mood, evidently!
I've been spending a lot of time in the kitchen cooking and freezing veg that I got at the Farmers Market yesterday, and I intend to repeat this every weekend until the markets close. It's always good to select, clean, cook and freeze your own delicious veg and I'm a big fan of pulling out some awesome medley I made and froze in August when the snow is flying in December and the only fresh veg we can get is from another country. Phooey on that! Glad I finally got around to the market. It needs to be the first thing I do every Saturday, damn it to hell.

Mood: Great! Got my massage today and had my nails did, then went shopping for smaller shorts on clearance at JC Penney!
Exercise: 2-mile walk with the dog, 2 mile trampoline jog
Other: Ummm, cocoa appears to be a go! So not it's on to pumpkin seeds, then WINE. OMG that's so exciting!
